John Havard continues to be a great help in updating the School Honours Board and RGS Masters (1943-72) pages. John's latest message included the doleful news that Mark Carritt, who in 1964 won an open scholarship in physics to University College, Oxford, died as long ago as 1975.
I am conscious that there are major gaps in the content of the Masters List and the Honours Board List owing to the fact that I don't have any copies of the Wycombiensian between 1973 and the early 2000s (when more comprehensive old boy info became available on the internet). It would be great if someone who does possess Wycombiensians and/or Grey Books for this era could lend me post-1972 Wycombiensians so that I can scan them and make them available online. Any offers?
[UPDATE] My fulsome thanks to Martin King and Mervyn Darville, who have lent me various issues of the magazine. I now have a complete run of Wycombiensians from September 1957 through to September 1972 inclusive, and all bar three of these are available to read online as PDFs. The remaining three will be on the website very soon.
